About Us
Queensland Marine Centre began life in 1996 as 'Sea Ray Queensland', when Andrew Bennett, Dealer Principal, commenced importing Sea Ray Boats into Australia. First Sanctuary Cove followed by Marina Mirage, housed the beginnings of Sea Ray Boats on the Gold Coast. The Sea Ray business soon outgrew both of these premises. A greater and much larger arena was needed to service and support our growing number of clients.
The QMC Showroom and Service Department was developed and completed in March 2006. The Award winning and industry leading showroom is located on the corner of Southport-Nerang Road & Bailey Crescent in Southport. With its large display of boats and ever increasing sales, it's no wonder QMC has been one of the top International Sea Ray Dealers since our inception. Additional to QMC's Sea Ray range, the showroom also boasts the 'unsinkable' Boston Whaler and Albemarle fishing boats, along with the quality Qwest range of Pontoon boats. Recently QMC has been appointed as East Coast distributer for the flagship Boston Whaler 345 Conquest and Award winning 370 Outrage.
QMC has recently expanded its Service Department and included an extensive Chandlery which caters to your every boating need. Come in and see us some day.
